From Ampthill Town Centre - at the two mini roundabouts by the clock tower turn down Dunstable Street and travel past the White Hart Hotel and Barclays Bank. Continue along Dunstable Street to the next mini roundabout in front of the Council Offices. Turn left down Oliver Street and travel the length of the road, going past the fire station, health centre and the tidy tip as you leave the outskirts of the town. Continue to the T-junction and then turn left (towards Maulden) and almost immediately right into New Road. Travel up New Road and after a sharp bend to the left take the first left into Black Moor Business Park.

From Flitwick - come down Maulden Road past Jewson's and Flitwick's Ind Estate to the A507 (Ampthill Bypass). Go straight across the roundabout towards Maulden and take the first turning on the right (signposted - Black Moor Business Park). Travel up New Road and after a sharp bend in the road to the left, take the first left into Black Moor Business Park.

From the A6 at Clophill - at the Clophill/Flying Horse Beefeater Restaurant take the A507 towards Ampthill (Ampthill Bypass). Continue along the A507 and take the second turning on the right (signposted Maulden) NOTE: THERE IS A WEIGHT RESTRICTION ON THIS ROAD I.E. HEAVY LORRIES. Turn almost immediately left and travel down the road taking the first right into Black Moor Business Park.
